Butchering Chickens


  Monday was the 4th of July.  We went to the Borchardt's and butchered about 200 chickens.  
Here is a small portion of the chickens.
Filling up the water bucket.
Sharpening the knives.
The big, blue tub is the Bailey's plucker.
